      How do I sign up for Sayapatri as a merchant?

      Merchants can sign up for Sayapatri by visiting the Sayapatri office or requesting the Sayapatri staff to visit their workplace to sign up. Once the signup process is complete, Sayapatri staff will come and install a Sayapatri Merchant device of Merchant’s choice.

        How many types of Sayapatri Merchant devices are there?

        There are three Sayapatri merchant devices available

        • WiFi based: Best for places with WiFi accessibility during business hours.
        • GSM based: Best for places without WiFi accessibility.
        • WebApp based: Based for Payment Terminals having a Desktop and WiFi.

        How do I accept payments using Sayapatri?

        To accept payments using Sayapatri, merchants must have an Sayapatri merchant device and a Sayapatri merchant account. When a customer wants to make a payment, the merchant simply scans the customer's RFID card with the Merchant Device.

          How do I manage my transactions using Sayapatri?

          Merchants can manage their transactions using the Sayapatri app. The platform enables merchants to view transaction history, track revenue, and generate reports.

            What happens if there is a problem with a transaction?

            If there is a problem with a transaction, merchants should contact Sayapatri immediately to report the issue. Sayapatri will then investigate the transaction and work with the merchant to resolve the issue.
